Warnings from Around the World - Part II

Here are two of my favorites from today:

This first is from the 2nd tower on the Ba Da Ling segment of the Great Wall. Why on earth someone would be half way up the GW in a Thunderstorm AND not within the shelter of one of the watchtowers, I can't even guess.



The second is one I expect to never be topped. Not even sure what to say about it.

If you can't fully see it, it seems to imply that the government is watching all your personal communications (cell phone, computer, etc) with a big satallite, and if you do something you are not supposed to, they will kill you.
